Hybrid Coating "Hncc (Hinokk)"

Thin film and high corrosion-resistant topcoat treatment! A hybrid coating that excels in protection, aesthetics, and functionality!

"Hncc (Hinokk)" is our non-chrome coating that uses the high corrosion-resistant new hybrid coating agent "JN COAT Coat" for zinc plating or zinc-based plating. This hybrid coating combines global procurement and cost-effectiveness, solving issues such as the rapid occurrence of rust due to differences in standards between Japan and overseas. Additionally, because it is a coating agent using the sol-gel method, various organic compounds can be added to impart different properties to the coating film. 【Features】 ■ High corrosion resistance can be achieved by applying it over inexpensive zinc plating ■ Compatible with transparent, black, and stainless steel colors ■ Adjustable to a low friction coefficient ■ Suitable for fit due to its thin film (approximately 1-2μm) ■ Excellent adhesion allows for direct treatment on various metals, etc. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

Organic-Inorganic Hybrid Coating "Silicera Coat 8011"

Introducing a coating for industrial equipment that has excellent non-stick properties and high hardness!

Shiriseracoat 8011 is an organic-inorganic hybrid coating paint that achieves non-stick properties comparable to silicone and a high hardness that far exceeds that of fluorine, with ceramic as the main material. It is proposed as a new solution to issues related to release properties and slip characteristics of industrial machine parts (such as rolls and guide components) that could not be resolved by conventional fluorine or silicone coatings. 【Features】 ■ Excellent non-stick properties… Adhesive tape does not stick at all. Good release from resins and adhesives. Also suitable for releasing other materials such as food. ■ High hardness and durability… It has excellent wear resistance with a pencil hardness of 6H (standard H for fluorine coatings). Non-stick durability is also good. ■ Good slip properties… It has a smooth surface, allowing for good sliding of workpieces. It is also suitable for coating transport system components. ■ Suitable for food applications… It has obtained compliance with the old Food Sanitation Act, making it possible for use in parts for food applications. *It does not comply with the revised Food Sanitation Act (during the transitional period). ■ Low-temperature processing compatible… Processing is possible at low temperatures of 100 to 250 degrees. This reduces the risk of warping or deformation due to heat. It can also be coated on CERP and resin materials.
